Strongly agree – There was a problem with the countertop not being cut accurately to fit our walls, which are not at an exact 90°angle. Karin and her team identified the problem and worked with the outside contractor to identify a solution. The problem was corrected to our satisfaction very quickly.

We worked closely with Karin, Nick, and Sean. We felt very comfortable throughout the project that questions would be answered promptly and concerns, if any, would be addressed. We would recommend this team to anyone looking to improve their home.
Areas Of Satisfaction
Adhering to the expected timeline has been an area that has fallen short of our expectations in previous renovation and/or building experiences. This is one time that the contractor was able to firmly stick to the agreed upon timeline. In fact, we were able to begin our project one week early, and Karin and her team were able to accommodate our change in plans.
